2019 Small Business Saturday Pre-Order Form
Please complete this form to submit your pre-order for the 2019 Paddywack Small Business Saturday event.  
 
All Pre-Orders must be submitted by 10pm on Sunday, November 24.  Orders must be paid for on Saturday, November 30, to receive raffle tickets.
Items eligible for pre-order include:
  • Frozen food & supplements (i.e. frozen goat milk, Green Juju, etc.)
  • Freeze-dried, dehydrated, & air-dried foods
  • Canned food (by the case only)
  • Dry food
  • Cat litter
  • Supplements (i.e. salmon oil, CBD products, etc.)
  • Packaged treats/cookies (no bulk items, please)
 
Any items outside of the above-listed categories are not available for pre-order and are available in-store on a first-come, first-served basis only.
In order to receive a VIP Goodie Bag (while supplies last), pre-orders must be $125 pre-tax.  (If you're under this threshold, we'll let you know so that you can amend your order.) Pre-orders totaling between $125-$199.99 will receive one bonus ticket; pre-orders between $200-$299.99 will receive three bonus tickets; pre-orders of $300 or more will receive five bonus tickets, all on top of your normal one ticket for every $25 spent!
You can also earn extra bonus tickets by bringing a friend who isn't enrolled in our loyalty programs! When they enroll in our in-house loyalty program as well as our Astro e-mail/frequent buyer program, you will both earn double bonus tickets! Please note that new customers must be from a separate household in order to qualify. 
All raffle tickets will be eligible for a chance at winning one of our many excellent prizes, sponsored by Paddywack and our partner brands.
